EZ19A Terms of Service

Welcome to EZ19A ("EZ19A," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using EZ19A, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service
a. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent your organization or company.
b. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2. Services and Pricing
- EZ19A offers a subscription-based service to manage 19A driver compliance.
- $5month per driver (Tiered pricing available)
- $10MV abstract pulled
- No long-term contracts; cancel any time
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
3. Abstracts and Compliance Documents
You authorize EZ19A to access and retrieve driver records from the DMV or equivalent entities. It is your responsibility to verify accuracy and legal sufficiency of all compliance documents.
4. Payment and Billing
- All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to allow recurring billing unless canceled.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. User Content and Data
- You retain all rights to your data. By uploading data to EZ19grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the service.

6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the system
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and technology associated with EZ19A are our property or licensed to us. You may not use our trademarks without permission.
8. Disclaimers
- The EZ19A service is provided "as is" and "as available".
- We make no warranties—express or implied—about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ19A is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Regulatory or legal compliance issues related to user-submitted content
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the6onths prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
- You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Westchester County, NY.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Wellnotify you via email or site notification. Continued use of EZ19A after changes means you accept the new Terms.
